Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your server must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original state, means there is no usages log.
If we find out you use the server and than ask for exchange you will be penalized and we will froze your account.
Refunds
All server delivered are non refundable. Means after payment is made there will be no money refunds. You can exchange or store the balance for future purchase.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale/Coupon items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@goldenvps.com} and send write proper explanation that why you need to exchange the server.
